- Fill out a form on our website (party and group inquiries, program waitlists, contact requests)

- Register for a camp, clinic, league, lesson or membership
- Buy a range pass, membership or other service at the pro shop

- Sign a waiver, release or consent form at the facility
This can include your name, phone number, email, mailing address, date of birth, the details of your request (dates, group size, notes), emergency contacts, and health information you voluntarily share for program participation. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our site, standard technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address.
2. Website Forms & Tracking
Our website forms and page-view tracking are powered by our customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). When you submit a form, the information you enter is saved to our CRM so the pro shop can follow up. The platform may also record which pages you visited before and after submitting, which helps us understand what visitors are looking for.
We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are popular and whether visitors tap to call or get directions. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives the technical data described above.
Our “Open now” status uses our public Google Business Profile hours, and the course weather uses public National Weather Service forecasts. Neither feature collects any personal information from you.

4. Text Messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive texts on one of our forms, or text us first, we may send messages about your request, registrations, schedule changes and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, website host, analytics and payment processor. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our guests, staff or property.

Our site links to and embeds content from other services, including Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook and our review platform. Those services have their own privacy policies, and their content may set their own cookies when you interact with it. To limit this, our map, video and reviews only load when you scroll to or tap on them.
