These Terms of Service govern your use of Quarry Ridge Golf Center’s facilities, programs and website at quarryridgegc.com. By visiting the course, using the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
1. About Quarry Ridge
Quarry Ridge Golf Center is a family-owned and operated golf facility at 6081 Clark Rd, Ottawa Lake, MI 49267. We offer a 9-hole golf course, a heated driving range, an outdoor driving range, mini golf, lessons, junior camps and clinics, a ladies league and season memberships.
2. Use of Facilities
General conduct
Please treat staff, other guests and the property with respect. We may remove anyone from the premises who:
- Behaves in a disruptive, aggressive or abusive way
- Ignores posted rules or course etiquette
- Damages property or equipment
- Is under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
Golf course
Repair divots and ball marks, rake bunkers after use, let faster groups play through, keep carts on designated paths where posted, and take shelter right away when dangerous weather approaches.
Driving ranges
Range balls are sold by the bucket. Use only range balls provided by Quarry Ridge; personal golf balls are not allowed on the range. Stay in your stall while others are hitting.
Mini golf
Mini golf is open to all ages. Children 7 and under must be with an adult. Please return equipment when you finish, and no running or horseplay on the course.
3. Tee Times & Reservations
Tee times can be made by calling (734) 888-1020. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows. We may cancel or adjust tee times because of weather, course conditions or special events, and we’ll try to let you know in advance. Submitting a form on our website is a request, not a confirmed booking, until the pro shop confirms it with you.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Current rates are posted on our website and at the pro shop. Prices may change at management’s discretion without notice. If a price on the website differs from the price at the pro shop, the pro shop price applies.
Registration fees for camps, clinics and leagues are due at enrollment, and a spot is not confirmed until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of management. We may change, reschedule or cancel any program; if we cancel, we may offer a credit or refund at management’s discretion. No refund or credit is guaranteed for cancellations, no-shows or missed sessions.
5. Range Passes & Memberships
Range passes are prepaid credit for range buckets and include bonus credit as advertised at the time of purchase. Passes have no cash value, are not refundable and can’t be redeemed for cash. Ask the pro shop about current pass terms when you buy.
Memberships are due at enrollment, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except at management’s discretion. They are valid for the season defined at the time of purchase.
6. Assumption of Risk
Golf carries inherent risks, including errant golf balls, uneven ground, equipment failure and weather. By using our facilities you voluntarily accept those risks. To the fullest extent allowed by Michigan law, Quarry Ridge Golf Center and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for injury, loss, damage or death arising from use of the facilities, equipment or programs, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. By enrolling a minor in a program, the parent or guardian accepts these risks on the child’s behalf.
7. Property & Equipment
Guests are responsible for damage they cause to our property, equipment or course through misuse, neglect or intentional acts, and may be asked to leave and pay for repairs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
8. Weather Policy
Management may suspend or cancel play for lightning, severe weather or unsafe conditions. No refunds are given for play interrupted by weather after 5 or more holes are completed. Green fees for a round not yet started may be credited or refunded at management’s discretion.
9. Holiday Closures
Quarry Ridge is open year-round and closed only on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hours change with the seasons; in winter only the heated driving range is open. Call (734) 888-1020 to confirm hours on any given day.
10. Photography & Social Media
By visiting, you agree that you may appear in photos or video used in our marketing, website and social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, tell a staff member. We won’t use photos of minors in marketing without written consent from a parent or guardian.
11. Website Use
Content on quarryridgegc.com, including text, photos, logos and rates, belongs to Quarry Ridge Golf Center and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission. When you submit a form, you agree to give accurate information and to let us contact you about your request. You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting spam, attempting unauthorized access or interfering with its operation. We may change or discontinue the website at any time and are not liable for any loss caused by the site being unavailable. See our Disclaimer for more about website information.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the courts of Monroe County, Michigan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use of our facilities or website means you accept the changes.
